The girl that worked there smelled really bad. I almost lost my lunch when she opened her mouth and asked for my ID. It was like raw sewerage coming out. Not only did I get my car towed but I had to go through the worst smelling breath of my life. Awful

I called ahead of time and they didn’t tell me everything that I needed to bring. In my opinion they do this so you don’t have all your paperwork and they just tell you to come back and charge you more. I’m from out of state , my car needed a few more repairs to get it inspected and registered in California . If your car isn’t registered they will keep it until you show proof. I start crying at the window with frustration. While crying I say out loud “ I don’t understand ….I own the car “. All the sudden the lady is like oh well just bring your title and you can get the car out. In short , the employee assumed I didn’t own the car and she didn’t even give me the option to show the paperwork. Who does that ? Why not give everyone all the options available instead of assuming. The white man behind me was given proper instructions and all options to recover his vehicle. I feel sorry for anyone who has been towed and unfairly informed by these people.

Called a day after my vehicle was impounded female confirmed my vehicle was there (didn’t get her name) and was nice enough to give me info on the 30 day hold it had and what was needed once it was up. 30 days later called for pricing and spoke with Arthur, called the same number and he was rude, informed me my vehicle wasn’t there and he couldn’t tell me what to do, or where the vehicle was at, wouldn’t even let me speak and would cut me off! Never once mentioned to me they had another location until I spoke with the sergeant who impounded the vehicle.

During a stressful situation like having your car in impound Viertels makes sure to provide you with all the information needed to get your car back in your possession and on the road again as soon as possible. The employees are kind and sympathetic to your situation and have no problem going the extra mile to make sure you get all your questions answered.
