My wife and I went to the Astoria branch on Marine Dr. To open an account and were totally ignored. Hell of a way to run a business. I'm on a walker and after standing for 15 min I had to leave. I would hope customer relations improve as we wanted to do business locally, we did but not with TLC!

Hi Richard, we do not have safe deposit boxes.

Why can I not access our account on mt phone? I use the same user name and password.
