Dr berdick is nice and accommodating as always ! Good doctt! He got some new staff and they are getting there, all really kind, but the Lady that calls in prescription medicine to our pharmacy was told by the doc to get my prescription sent in yesterday as I'd been without meds almost two weeks told her that doc said to call it in, , her response... "Everybody's keeps saying they are having seizures",... So unprofessional! And that's what happens when ppl that have seizures of any sort of any sort don't get there meds. No WAY TO ACT TO A PATIENT ! At all , I will be back in the morning to get this straightened out.

Glad to hear Dr. B is back doing his practice solo! He actually helps his patients instead of charging them for an office visit and just referring them to specialists.

He has been my doctor over 10 yrs. Right now, we are in a time where companies can't retain employees or staff due to wages. It takes time to find the right people to put everything back in order. It is not the new staff's fault that you can't get the script on time. He has been a good doctor for me and cares for my well-being. Dr. Berdick knows which staff is adequate for his practice and who is NOT the right fit. To all the skeptic patients, go find a doctor that can provide you scripts that you need, if you are not happy with Berdick, because you won't...

I do know that he takes Medicaid as that's what I have through cancer. I do believe he takes Medicare as well as other personal insurance you should just call and inquire

Call early in the mornings...sometimes they do answer, sometimes they don't. I've had luck calling before 9am. It's hit or miss. Like if they are packed one day and they aren't the next day. Just very busy office. In my opinion, they should have at least one person just answer the phones at all times.

Nope. I had an appointment last Saturday & they were closed. Then closed till next Wed b4 I was able to get my scripts! Apparently the entire staff except for the travel Dr, Ebony & 1 other all got covid. U should b there BEFORE doors open cause they only take so many walk ins then stick to appointments.
He was in accident got rear ended by dump truck...... He's back just not up to full workload

if you don't have insurance, its $99 a visit, and the script is $29 a month. i think the first visit was $129, but $99 after that.

If I remember correctly I'm pretty sure I just told him the med I was taking when going for the first time, although it was just an anti-depressant, No narcotic or anything. It may just depend on what it is possibly. You might as well have the fax sent just in case I would suggest.

Yes, they take walk-ins, but you may be waiting awhile because of course appointments and steady, on going patients of his are first. If you're new to the office, you have paperwork to fill out, insurance verification, and then triage. But he is a great doctor!
Probably not at all. Good luck getting anyone to answer a phone ever. You usually have to make appointments in person because you can't get through.
