Michael told me back pay doesn't stop and I filed in 2015. Hired Steinberg in 2017 for Federal in Pennsylvania after getting my PA lawyer Sutton to withdrawal. Which PA doesn't have to give any weight to Veterans administration and Florida has to give great weight to Veterans administration. So I'm TDIU in Veterans administration so I sold Pennsylvania moved to Florida during federal appeal and actually got Florida great weight but received filing fee reimbursement and check in care of plaintiff for Michael Steinberg. Wasn't original and was photo copy which I never signed after verified by my bank if they would cash this if I signed and they said no it's a photo copy. So all signs were there I received favorable decision including federal transcript which said in favor of plaintiff ordered and done case closed. Then this Steinberg claimant called me three days after saying I won in federal but my case was remanded to ALJ TORRES who denied claim and my claim is back in federal. Which isn't believable because things don't go back to federal the highest level from lower level. That's what Steinberg claimant is trying to sell me but it's 2022 I filed in 2015 and my lawyer got paid but I didn't win and his pay is from some fund and not from my Back pay. Which every lawyer would be doing federal appeal in SSDI they get paid without winning.

I have been rejected three times and now on last time they said I could work four hours a week sitting down,so I'm not qualified...So now Mike is taking my case to Federal court,so we will see what happens???
It took me about 4 months. But mine was Federal. I would highly recommend contacting your attorney for a status update.
