I booked an appointment online at 2am for 10am for wrist pain. This location was out of the way, because it was the earliest appointment available. When I arrived to check in, I was told that because I had wrist pain, they couldn’t see me because they don’t have an X-ray machine. She claimed that she tried to call me, which was not true, I had my phone on the entire morning with no missed calls. It’s likely not broken, but she said my appointment was booked with another patient because they weren’t able to accommodate me. If she would’ve called me, I could’ve explained that it’s not broken, and I wouldn’t have wasted time and gas coming over here. I use a different Avance Care and I won’t be returning to this one ever.
