Complete trash. Problems after problems after problems with my rental property. Do not recommend, run far far away. Zero legit communication. Repairs take MONTHS to resolve, and that's if your lucky. Countless no shows and reschedules and sketchy work done by CHEAP hired vendors. Why would any sensible landlord use this company?!

Landlord's review: I've had a good experience working with Mynd renting out my single family property in Dallas area. Everything was professional and clear. The process was smooth and my property got a lease very quickly. From the first call, they explained their great service in details, then I filled out the onboarding application online. That was it from my side! They then did all the work- they inspected the property, took pictures including a 3D tour, listing and marketing, did all the showing and got a tenant. No extra charges for all these services. I am so grateful for all the Mynd team members that I've worked with: - Starting from Roger Marcha explaining everything and signing the agreement then handing over to the onboarding team. - Ryan Owens was my direct contact. He absolutely did an awesome job and kept me updated on each single step and always answered any questions I had. Thanks to Katlin Jenkins too for all the amazing help and helping with other things. Thanks to Kaen M. too for all the help. One thing feedback I have is, when I finished the management, the reserved funds took 40 days to be funded and this is their policy as they explained (30-45 days). Sometimes, the responses were slow but this is understandable as they might be in meetings or have so much to take care of. I totally recommend Mynd for any landlord who wants a professional company to lease their property. I've done comparisons with other property management companies here in Dallas/For Worth area. Their rate was one of the best rates, and honestly for the professionalism I've seen and all the included services like pictures, Rental Income Guarantee, Pet Guarantee Plan, Eviction Protection Plan .... (hope they stick to these promises for example eviction protection plan), they should be charging even more. DISCLAIMER: I am not sure about some other cases like if a tenant doesn't pay ......
