Esmeralda has been fantastic. Have lived in our house for 2 years. The move in process was less than ideal, communication was so bad I had to reach out to the escalation team to help get me moved in on time. But ever since Esmeralda has come on board, communication has been within the hour and very detailed. Our house is beautiful, maintenance needs have been prompt the few times we needed them. What once was a scary start to this lease has been a very nice journey since the arrival of Esmeralda and team! Thank you.

We are still in the early stages / prior to move in. They have been really helpful and thorough. The turn around so far has been quick, and overall I would consider it a good experience. The customer service has been super helpful and really nice. The only negatives we have found so far is the move in date changing several times. When we first applied we could not choose a date before 11/3, but after we applied it was moved to 10/20. This would have been great, but then it was moved again after we were approved to 10/10. When we asked about this, we were told they only allowed 14 days after approval. I don't remember seeing that listed anywhere and was overall really confusing and pretty inconvenient. I'm not sure if it is specific to our lease, but we also cannot choose our own water or electricity. It is expected to stay in the landlord's name and we have to pay the invoices. I thought this was very strange, but overall I think it is a good experience.

The process has been reasonable and communication has been effective. The fact that you have a 15 day waiting period to take possession is bad. Almost stopped us from executing the lease.
