Do not waste your time with this bank. Their online banking is horrible. You can't make principle payments online, only by going to the branch, making a phone call or mailing them a check (which works really great for people who have normal jobs and normal lives, but is extremely inconvenient to those who work night shift, or don't have access to call them, or who aren't local to their branch). I can't tell you how many times they messed up a payment. I would write on the envelope, the deposit slip AND the check "PRINCIPLE PAYMENT ONLY", but countless times they would put it too interest and I would have to call to get it rectified. They need to seriously join the 21st century.

Currently a costmer. Like all banking they lack customer care. The website keeps locking me out even with the correct password and user name. There is no one to help on non business hour. (Which SFCU has decreased to impractical for those working) also you can't call a branch you get the corporate number for which they lack human interaction. Seriously used to like this bank.

They're alright, some services you won't normally get from a bank. Never use a bank, always a credit union. But ESL has owners dividends and Genessee co-op serves our community better. Consider where you store your money.
