3 weeks to reprogram my infotainment system and replace a screen. They "closed out" the ticket half way through so I got to pay the deductible twice. Then I got a bunch of excuses... If they don't have time to take on the job, they shouldn't take the job.

An AC check is $59.95. We will check the pressure, amount of Freon in the system, make sure the compressor is kicking on and look for leaks. If it needs recharged that is an additional charge but the fee for the AC check is waived. The process takes around 90 minutes.
