This place is outstanding!! I literally cannot say enough positive things about this business. In my 53 years, I have never seen its equal in honesty, service, professionalism and quality mechanical work. These guys rock, its the best place in OKC to get your mechanical work done, hands down. Logan and the entire staff are just amazing to work with. They charge honestly and fairly and they warranty their work if something goes wrong. If you bring your vehicle in for something to be checked out and there is nothing wrong, they will tell you straight up that everything was okay and they won't charge you unnecessarily for work that doesnt need to be done. For example, I brought my vehicle in and told them to rebalance my wheels due to some vibration, while I was having some other issues I looked at. When I came in to pick up my vehicle, Logan informed me that they checked the balance on the wheels and they were all good, so he didn't charge me unnecessarily for rebalancing them when it wouldn't have helped the situation. He easily could have just charged me anyway for some easy money and I never would have known the difference. That level of honesty is absolutely unheard of in this day and age. These guys follow through with exactly what they say they will do, their actions always match their words. If you have a situation with scheduling, they will work diligently to find a way to get you in and get you diagnosed. Logan always has itemized figures ready when he calls you with what they've found to be wrong, so you'll know immediately what you are looking at price wise, and if they find something else wrong while working on your vehicle, they will call you immediately with the issue, along with any changes to the bill, before performing any work. They keep you informed every step of the way. They also have one of the nicest shop facilities I've ever seen, with a very comfortable waiting area if you need to wait on your vehicle to be repaired. Southside will continue to have my business for as long as they are around. I highly recommend them to absolutely everyone who needs good, solid, dependable work done. You won't be sorry. 👍

Do not recommend this place don’t stand behind there warranty paid 2k to have all leaks fixed and not fixed and they lie to your face to get more money out of you
