Everyone has to wear a mask. Hand sanitizer is by the door and I think cash registers. Signs around asking you to maintain distance between others.
They do have clocks like that there but I'm not sure if there is any left.
I love the birthday series. I buy one every year for my niece and they tell me they'll never be discontinued. I only wish they had a version for boys.
