I DO NOT recommend beautiful place VERY POOR service, the one girl that was the greeter or server was so disrespectful and Rude with guest as well with the family member that hosted the party … then the AC was broke and we did not see no one trying to fix the issue and all the guest was drenched in sweat by the end of the night it was unpleasant to enjoy. Due to the weather being so hot and no Air flow or AC the doors had to be open causing all the dessert table and decorations to fall every where such a disappointment for the family…the bartender was absolutely a great person and tried to help.food was ok. Some guest had not eaten went to get food to only get an ugly response from the same Rude girl she had thrown the food that was PAID for away… The owner acted as if she was sorry about all the incident however NEVER reached out to the Family members again that hosted the party … Very poor costumer service NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

Had my bridal shower here back in June and while I had a great time with my friends and family, the venue and staff were extremely disappointing. Leading up to the shower with planning, we could NEVER get ahold of Molly or anyone for that matter to discuss details or ask questions. About a month before the shower, we ended up driving to the venue to see if anyone would be there to talk to. Upon walking in, the place was so dirty, dusty and smelled. There were rats running around as well. We found someone working in the kitchen as asked him if Molly was around. She was not but he called her and told us to give her a call. She did not answer just after he hung up with her. So we knew she had her phone on her to answer. The next few days we searched and searched for a new venue but every thing was booked for the day because it was so close to the date. We had too many people for places to accommodate so last minute. We really were out of options and in the meantime kept calling to try to figure out with Acqua what to do. We were finally able to connect with Marie and she assured us that the place would be clean, they were doing renovations when we were there, and the docks surrounding had been removed and cleaned which caused the stir of rats. They had an exterminator working on the problem. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued with our reservation for my shower because we would not be getting the deposit back and again, had really no other options. The day of the shower, we arrive early to decorate, the room is not ready, extra tables and chairs everywhere that were still being removed as guests started to arrive. No one in charge of running the event to talk to. The staff starts to bring some food and drinks out, including a punch that was served in a self poor drink holder. When one of my guests went to get a drink, there was black mold coming out of the spout! Another guest poured a glass of coffee from a carafe that also had black mold coming out. We got the package with appetizers being served by the staff, when they started to serve, there were no plates for the guests to take and eat the food off of. We then waited almost an hour longer for the main meal to be brought out, which was just ham and cheese sandwiches. We had about 45 guests there and they brought out 12 sandwiches to start. For $23 dollars a person, this was extremely disappointing and I do not recommend hosting an event here. Very unorganized and dirty!
