Jose the manager is not nice. He drives this truck. There is an order to pickup but he did not help and refuse to give me. What the heck other managers at different McDonald’s locations help me when I have an order. He is Muslim and is very rude

Ok, this is second time that I visited this particular McDonald's and I was not happy with my order. This first time I dined and got I cheeseburger happy meal. Everything was pretty much cold, the fries, the cheese wasn't even melted because the burger wasn't hot. Then on Sunday I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich and the bread was a little hard.

Ordered Felix crispy spicy chicken combo it was a disaster the chicken sandwich was the dry no taste to eat the fries was hard and like a day old fries please don't order their chicken sandwich it was a waste of money .

In the drive-thru, I asked for a cup of water but the young lady refused to give it. She charged me $2 and says that water is not free. That's unbelievable because other restaurants provide water at no additional charge. Her name was Mega and she works night shift in the drive thru. She had pimples all over her face and was fat. She was very rude and not nice to customers. She lied to me because other McDonald's give water for free. The temple city location is the only one who does not want to give free water
