Do NOT try and live here. The parking is impossible and the location is trash. Your car WILL get broken into and staff will stick violation stickers all over your car windows if you park anywhere but the street (even if you’re parked there for 5 minutes to unload groceries) and the stickers do NOT come off easy. Y’all need a razor blade. The rent is way too high for the lack of amenities and the location. Remodel was cheaply done as well.

Megan is extremely professional and she is on top of everything from answering your email, keeping you updated on available apartment to schedule the apartment viewing. The loft is well-kept and has lots to offers. Great location- near all the major streets.

Megan has been the picture of professionalism and cordiality with my husband and I in our complicated apartment search. Even with our plans changing frequently, Megan never failed to respond to a question quickly and thoroughly. In the end, we were unable to lease at AC Lofts, but I would highly recommend checking them out based on the interactions we were blessed to have with the management here!
