it’s not bad if you don’t mind breaking your back everytime you get groceries or packages because there’s no elevator. and second floor apartments have a hole in the bedroom ceiling (wth!!!). the gate is horribly broken and doesn’t work when it needs to! the only saving grace is the quick responsive maintenance tbh

Can't beat the amenities to rent value. Open floor concepts, pet friendly and no pet rent, just a deposit. Been here a month, I'll update as needed, but extremely satisfied as it stands now.

This apartment is right across the street from the projects which isn't good for optics but seemed to be fairly safe. The gate is broken often. The HVAC system is old and will run all night which will equal higher electric bill. The lights outside of your unit will keep you awake because there are no real walls to keep out the light in the bedroom. If you move out before the end of your lease (I mean even days) they will continue to charge you for the utilities...on a unit you no longer have access to...and take it out of your deposit. Speaking of l deposit, you'll have to nearly beg for your deposit back. Place is fairly safe and centrally located but could be maintained better and run more professionally.

So they charge just shy of 2000 a month rent for a 2 bedroom in Buffalo NY. No covered parking.. and they have weight restrictions on dogs. Location is in a poor area of town right next to the projects. For that price in rent and the lack of amentys the rent should be half of what it is. But discriminating pets due to size is just rediclous!

Depends on what you want. I pay 1150 for a one bedroom. There are places ranging up to 1800 when I moved in last month.
Huh?
