Run like hell away from Shasta pools they lie lie lie. A year out and still not completed. Now they want final pmt without inspection or landscaping or lighting in pool finished. Concret not sprayed either. Run away from them

I purchased a Shasta Pools on May 29, 2002 with the understanding from the salesperson (have record in pink sheet) that the filter tank is warranted lifetime. Now it has a leak and I contacted Shasta for service. Shasta responded by saying the warranty is not lifetime since the contract documentation differs from the sales presentation copy. This is clearly a fraudulent practice of bail and switch. I hope the Shasta Pools can stop such practice and honor the sales person's warranty presentation document stating that the filter tank is warranted lifetime.

Signed a contract with Shasta May 5 2021 for a pool and landscaping in our back yard. Excavation on the pool did not happen until Jan 2022. Plumbing, rebar, electrical, and gas lines completed by April 25 2022 (all of which only took a couple of days to complete once they finally got out there). Was told that shotcrete would be 3 months out from that point, but to this day we still have not been able to receive a timeline on when we can expect to move forward. Can't even tell us what number in line we are, as it looks like many people are having this same problem. Its been so long that all the rebar has rusted out also, and I can't get confirmation if they are going to come back and fix it. Very poor communication, was able to get the name/number of a Pam who is supposed to be a scheduling manager, but never even received a call back from her. Just very disappointed in this company overall.

Very unprofessional. I was considering hiring this company to build my pool and backyard. I had Brandon Hone come look at my yard and he was supposed to send me a design but I guess he forgot. That's ok I'm going to do business with California pools instead
