The technician that came to look at our Kenmore fridge barely spoke English we could not understand what he was saying. The cost for repair was over $1600 which was ridiculous. Then they claim the service call was going to be $149 and they charged labor per hour instead costing over $160. Never will I ever buy anything from Sears.
