I love the staff here so much! They are seriously so kind! You just can’t pay for that! I cannot stress enough how professional, caring, and insightful the staff is here! The flamboyant kid with glasses is an exception (he hung up on me once). The weed is honestly pretty lousy most of the time, but the deals make it worth it. I just try to avoid the Grass Roots products as they are really, really old/dry (you don’t even need a grinder, it will crumble in the wind)

Love the store but very unhappy with treatment from upper management. I am 43 and full time on a walker or mobility scooter. Evenrtime I go to the hanover store my walker gets caught up on the mats throughout the dispensary. I have almost fallen 2 times the 3rd time i fell and caught myself. I was help from one gentleman but when I called back to complain I talked to a very rude and SASSY person. That could of cared less about me almost getting hurt in a medical bulding and argued about what was taped down and what wasn,t and was rude to me. I was upset because it's not my fault I can,t walk and the guy was just so uncaring and said for me to send someone else if the rugs are an issue for you. I never get out unless it's chemo dr appointments or cvs. So I'll I can day is thank you for taking the extra step to do nothing.

Service is good but there is limited availability of products. The quality of the flower was mediocre. I recommend for PAX pods but not for flower. I don't know anything about their edibles.

They are already a dispensary. But you must have a Certification and Card to enter. I believe the date for public sales is 7/18/2018.
