Very positive experience at the Hanover store. I was waited on almost as soon as I walked through the door. The young man at the counter was waiting on another customer but he called back to a colleague to come out and help me. The second person was extremely helpful. He found the part I had ordered on the phone yesterday afternoon, and then walked with me out to the sales floor to help me locate two other products I needed. I was very impressed with the level of customer service at this store.

I enjoy going to going to that store, because people like John an Colin’s and the other folks have a strong automotive knowledge. When they don’t have a part they can get it same day from there warehouse. They do sell better quality …
