They checked me in and didn’t look at me for 1 hour. Awful Awful experience. I saw a lady walk in to by a charger and she had to wait 20 minutes for them to sell it to her. I’ve never had a worst experience. Thinking about moving to Xfinity

Made an appointment to trade in my phone. Got to the store and found out they had no phones. They sent us to Apple saying we would have no issues. Several issues. Drive back to Verizon to solve the issues and they locked the doors before closing and refused to answer our questions. Never easy to work with them.

If you're running into issues online it's probably for the better for you to return to the store and have one of the store associates do it for you
I dont believe so, as it is a Verizon wireless store, but I could be wrong. I would recommend calling and asking for sure!
