Have called four times and they have come out and each time left with the assurance that the problem, NO ICE, has been fixed. They have replaced nearly all items in unit but still no ice.

Paid for parts not needed, as tech did not find appropriate reason why machine did not function as should. Took over six weeks to fix, due to inadequate detection of parts/service needed, and inadequate number of tech needed to service too many customers. Also, Customer Service calls on average where an hour wait, often hang-ups on their part, necessitating recalls, more waits, and unable too address any concerns! Still waiting for repairs to be completed in another 2 weeks!! Real bad experience-will never, ever use Sears again!!

We signed up for the Master Service Plan to keep our washer/dryer in good working order. Since we're moving soon we decided to get them checked out, and we got an appointment the very next day! The tech was courteous, timely, and professional. We're happy :)

I booked for routine maintenance of my washer and dryer (both working well). Window was 1pm till 5pm. I received a phonecall at 4:45pm saying "running late". Tech arrived eat 6pm. He said he was only meant to service the dryer. He did look at the washer and the dryer. His summary was that the washer was making a weird noise and would need to be "totally rebuilt". He said that I was "fine to use it" and to call Sears in the next 2-4 weeks to arrange for a tech to come out and completely rebuild it. I was extremely dissatisfied!!!
