Nick the salesman was great. Exceeded expectations. The finance guy Andrew came off nice at first but as soon as I didn’t take the warranty became very unpleasant like it ruined his day. Was trying to sell you on the electronics are expensive and have a chance of dying once you are out of warranty. Same exact sales pitch they used on my friend 4 months ago. Also noted they don’t accept outside financing which is very shady considering the first line in know your rights when buying a car on ma.gov states that they recommend you seek alternate financing options to obtain your best rate.

Went in for my first maintenance check and software update at this facility and they quickly and easily got my car and information switched over from another Toyota. The waiting area is comfy and pleasant with the fireplace and TV setup along with plenty of snacks and drinks if desired. The service center personnel are very friendly and patient. Would definitely visit again for other services.

The sales associate was nice and helpful and they were able to take care of my car the same day. There were services listed that I requested which I did not request such as a front end alignment. I received a call when the car was done. The checkout process left customer service to be desired. My car was left in the back, no one brought it back up front. The cashier made me feel like I was interrupting her cell phone games in order to cash me out and made no effort to let me know where my car was. Eventually the sales associate was able to walk me back to where they left my car.

My experience at McGee was excellent, as usual. I have met Dottie a number of times now when I've come in for service. She is friendly, helpful, professional - all I could ask! The price is fair for the work they do. I always feel that they give the car a good "once over"every time I come in, and advise me of items that may need to be done in the future, giving me time to plan. Highly recommend them!
