My new car crashed into the back of another vehicle inside the car wash tunnel causing expensive damage. Poshwash staff assured me that it would be remedied quickly, but it is clear that their M.O. is to simply ignore complaints. Nothing, not even a phone call has been made by them. I am astounded at their lack of honesty and unprofessional behavior. Do not trust your vehicle with this place!

The Posh Wash is excellent. They have somewhat recently upgraded their vacuums that are very powerful. Sometimes I have to be careful they don't suck up one of the kids toys. The wash it self, I love that I am guided in by the staff and then I can just put the care in neutral and sit back and relax and watch as the dirt washes away. I also love that they provide towels to dry the vehicle off after the wash. Highly recommend.

This automatic car wash is superior in almost every way. Best ever wash, fun lighting experience as you drive through. I would have done 5 stars, but the prices are a bit high.

“Please Don’t bother coming to the car wash. You will not be entertained any longer and will be asked to leave. if needed we will use all legal options available to have you leave our property.” This the the owners response after several unreturned phone calls, and after damaging my brand new car. He felt threatened by me calling him a jackass and affirming that I will take legal action by his zero responses. #boycottposhwash Update after owner response below. He includes one email. The email after no response from cordial original email, no response to the 2 cordial voicemails, no response to the cordial written report immediately after the incident. What a hack. Avoid this place, much better options to clean your car. Not a single returned phone call at any point from anyone at the car wash, after calling over 40 times. But yes , it’s me not you #boycottposhwash
