Based on my experience with KAM Appliances I would recommend using them for your appliance needs. The salesman was very helpful in walking though the purchasing process. KAM kept me informed though out the delivery process. The delivery staff was quick and efficient. I particularly appreciated them unpacking the Air Conditioner and checking for any exterior damage. If you value service in every step of the purchase process, I recommend using KAM Appliances.

We had a great experience at KAM - we went in to shop for washer / dryer sets and they had a really good selection on the floor and actually in stock - so we got just what we wanted without having to wait. Jeff was terrific - super knowledgeable about the different products and models - gave us great info to make a decision and was so patient and not "salesey". I would definitely shop there and use him again.

If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would. Dave Maguire in Hanover was a superstar! He guided us through the selection of multiple appliances with ease, provided competitive pricing, and explained features that would suit our needs. We hit some snags in our renovation and Dave accommodated us. Communication was great, delivery was so smooth, and an all-around fantastic sales experience. I would definitely return the next time I need an appliance.

Ian was fantastic! He took time to research several options to replace our washing machine. Went through the pros and cons of each through email. I was under a time constraint so he took care of the entire process down to scheduling the delivery and installation over the phone. I will definitely go back to KAM for future needs. Thank you!
