I didn't catch my delivery guys name but he was excellent we are in the new berlin ny area. My guy showed up in a HUGE truck and we live on a very remote road he went above and beyond helping me get my package in my garage. In turn I gave him a ride down the seasonal rd so he could assess if he could make it and he was very grateful I did because he wouldn't have made it. He ended up having to back up the way he came. I'm very happy with the service from estes and my driver was excellent! On my bill it says co signed number is 32275. Give this guy a raise!
