10/17/22 6:30 pm Very unprofessional A Guy named Chris on bulk unload side was very rude . he was refusing to cut wire seals that is meant for facility to cut when they verify load being delivered. When he finally came back with bolt cutters to remove seals he had an attitude so I asked what his name was so that I could report incident to his supervisor and he refused to say and he called “his” boss supposedly and he “the boss” came a few mins after and said he didn’t care what his employee said or done to us because I wasn’t wearing a vest and hard hat when no employee we seen there was wearing anything . The “boss “ refused to give their names also so that I couldn’t report report to higher personnel!

This place big trash can, don't waste your time. My app was October 5 1100am I came October 4 5pm got call 630 am October 5th, still unloading 1020am.

Minimum eight hours for loading and unloading stay away if possible they are bad they don’t deserve even one star

No concern for drivers' time or nothing. Got here at 0800 for 0830 delivery and didn't get a call until 1200. I had to go 'round back to the west docks and was told "Don't back in yet. Go park because you have 1 guy ahead of you." It's been 2 hours, now 1400, and just now backing into the door. Good thing I'm regional and I get guaranteed pay!
