I was told from jewelry stores they don’t cut off rings if they are too small and won’t come off that only fire departments or emergency rooms so if that’s true can someone come to a fire station and they can removed it

Your best option is the emergency room. Hospital have the proper tools for removing jewelry rings.

Can someone come out to check stove the oven stoped and i dont know if its safe to use.

You're supposed to go through your gas company for those kinds of things they will come out and check your gas for free if there are any leaks they will let you know and can turn off the gas if need be
