Wasted 4hrs talking to support and mgmt - cox txt said 15% of my data was used IN A DAY. A day I wasn't even there and have IP location info to prove it. I'm in HIPAA managed IT, and a former ISP employee. 190gb of anything was not used, and the help desk even said it showed 76gb was used. That's not 15%! And yet they cant help you, show you where the actual numbers come from on their end and just keep pushing that you purchase more data. Never had an overage in 3 years, same workload. Cox is crooks that do nothing for their people and I'll be sure to remove them from all our offices as well.

Y'all need to watch out who you contract to provide tech. This blue dodge mini van almost ran over some pedestrians on the crosswalk speeding more than what they should with your logo on it!!! 59th/Glendale area!

Ordered there best internet service and was told some one would be out to install it on Saturday. On Friday before the install I got an email stating that my order was canceled so I called and the phone rep was very rude and said he doesn't know how it was canceled. I never canceled my appointment. Now I'm with our internet for another week! This store said they would call me after I went in to talk to them about canceling my appointment with out talking to me and then never called!! Wish I could get a different provider but there the only service in my neighborhood!! Very poor customer service and it takes 30 min to get anyone on the phone!

Unfortunately no, you would want to Google "Cox Retail Stores" in your area. This is more like a business for employees only, to work from.
No, go to a cox solution store.
Unfortunately, no. This is the call center location. You can go to any of the retail locations located throughout the valley.
The business office. I dont know the number. Better yet" go there and someone in reception will know where to send you.
Cox is a corrupt monopoly. They pride themselves on screwing their customers with crappy service and then screwing them again with bogus charges. They COULD help you... but won't
No. You have to subscribe to the Sports Pack which is $10 dollars a month.

No, this is not an equipment drop off. Closest location to here is 7th street and bell
I am sorry, not able to help directly, but I'd recommend you try a skip tracing service. Will probably run you around $40.
