You can use out of state IDS in some states
There are some states that will accept out of state cards like New Hampshire and Maine. However unfortunately Massachusetts is not one of those states.
no state will allow another state ID to be used but the RMV has a new federal system in play where your license will become your passport mandatory in 4 years and I believe that is so people can use different state IDs for dispensary or alcohol or traveling the world and of course immigration status
The statement "no state will allow another state ID" is untrue - Nevada takes out of state medical cards. 🙂
I would check mass.gov website just in case since recreational use is legal. Or maybe save time and call the dispensary.
