Since it's a smaller usps, it doesn't have all the advanced features as the others but it functions for what I need. Also the lady that works there is extremely helpful and nice.

I never knew this USPS even existed and I lived in Bakersfield my whole life. Well I only came to this location because it was down the street from my home and I knew they closed at 5pm. So I went to this location since it’s closer and I knew I make it before they closed. Online says they closed at 5pm but apparently this location decides to close thier window at 4:30pm and leave their lobby open at 5pm. So I’m asking can I get some help (not knowing the window was closed already) and they plan just give me attitude because I came in and ask for assistance because they’re “closed”. Saying “ We are closed! Come back tomorrow, we close our window at 4:30pm and keep the door open just for the lobby till 5pm! Read the signs!” They just need to be closed permanently since they can’t operate like every other USPS.

The worst Usps I’ll been losing my paquetes all time with them. Somebody inside is been stealing and they proctect them. I call Bakersfield district and they don’t believe this is happening inside It’s not the first time they loosing my deliveries They send you messages your paquetes is been delivered and they never showed up I look into my surveillance cámara they never there They have very dishonest people working in there. Very disappointed , I hope they found the theft who’s been stolen my paquetes I don’t think I’m the first persone that’s happened And I don’t think I will be the last one either This post office they have very dishonest persons working in there I shouldn’t never move out now I’m stuck living on the in south west Bakersfield. This is never happens to me until I move to this Area

This little office is friendly. However, it does not have an outside mailslot or handicapped accessible anything. The limited hours make it hard to do business. We need this post office in this area, but it needs an upgrade.
