So my haircut I was happy at first when I saw it it was still wet but when I went home I was mortified never get your haircut by Nancy ! I have had different people cut my hair and wet or dry even the next day I've always been happy but today I am mortified bad haircut I look like a '50s doll and not in a good way not happy the only thing she nailed was my bangs ! other than that she was very chatty which is okay but she probably wasn't paying attention to how I wanted my haircut my haircut looks nothing like what I showed her I want it done and with my hair being a little longer she could have easily achieved it .never had an issue but today very unsatisfied.

So, let's start with good first: Super friendly people Ilana cut my hair and she as a person is very nice and friendly. So, for customer service I'll give them 5 stars. Now the bad part: I have curly hair so with right products, my hair looks great after a cut. So, precovid I never had a bad experience from Supercuts in LA. However, that's NOT the case in Chino. My hair felt extremely dried after the cut and I don't know what product they used, but my curly ringlets are fully gone :( Literally after the 5mins of haircut, it felt dried and fizzy, that one thing that I went to the supercuts to get it fixed. It's not even blow dried but it literally got dried and frizz in 5mins, so I dk what shampoo and/or products they used but it's NOT for curly hair. So, basically if you are a curly hair person, do NOT go to this salon, you will feel like you wasted your money. Given said that, the staff is very nice, but wish they had the right products or wish I had gone to LA instead of wasting my money thinking all supercuts are equally good, this one is not :(

It's been there forever. The two main ladies who run the shop are very nice and very professional. They do it all here, so you shouldn't have an issue getting your hair the way you want.

I love going there. They are very good at understanding my directions. They are meticulous with their disinfecting. After my shampoo they immediately sprayed down the seat and sink. They even sterilize the pens for us to sign the receipts with. They still require masks but I'm ok with that. I love my cut. Go there if you can.
