Tested here earlier today for a reach truck operator position with Sonia. Pros: - The warehouse is large, clean and well lighted. - Large parking lot of the employees. - Many of the workers were polite. - The reach trucks are new and in very good condition. Negatives: - Practical test went well although I felt that driving a little slower was acceptable, even for a first-time practical test, but the company does not tolerate “slow drivers”, ever. - Sonia stated that I and two others were too slow and that the company is not a training facility, so we were dismissed (not offered jobs). My thoughts: This looks like it could be a good company to work for, but they need to remember that ALL new employees must be trained and will be somewhat slow. Cut people a brake as you are losing prospective employees that would benefit the company greatly through loyalty and longevity.

They want you to be motivated or "Athletetic" to there "numbers" to hit the monthly or weekly goal and want there numbers to increase even more.

the supervisor mireya very unprofessional, the supervisors on the floor don't t have a clue of what they are doing. In the morning standing up for 10 to 15 mins. Because they don't have the schedule ready to send you to start working. Petra the lead always mad. They treat people so unfair .
