I, too, wish I could give a minus! Twice we were called to remind of an appointment for a doctor that wasn’t even in the office the day of the appointment! The staff was rude, when it came to rescheduling!

Dr. Huber is a good doctor but the front office staff seem very stressed out, rushed and not pleasantly friendly at all. I needed to get another referral and spoke to them I was advised that they would notify the doctor and call me when it was ready and at the front for me to pick up. It should be ready by the ND of the day. Noone called me to notify me. I called the next day and after being on hold forever I was told they don't see anything and again notify the doctor and call me when ready. So I called again 3rd time and was on hold for awhile. Finally she comes back to the line and said the doctor is not in today so they will notify him and pull my chart to release it once the doctor returns. This didn't make sense to me. Why would they need to wait for the doctor to approve it once again to be released? It's in my file waiting for me to pick it up. I do not understand why something so simple is made to be so complicated. Just pull my file and locate the new referral make a copy for the office file and a file note with the date and time I picked it up. Simple fast and done. I asked the girl why I just can't pick it up now and she just kept repeating the doctor is not in today. I explained that I don't un understand what makes a difference if the doctor is in or not. Her response is that he needs to release it. If he already released it why does he need to release it again. Her response cause I didn't pick it up last week. I told her that I called twice last week and my 1st call I was informed that there is nothing left up front. She will look into it and call me back. I never received a callback 2nd time I called I was told that it's there at the front desk. I told them I would be in the next day. I didn't make it the next day called again today to make sure its at the front. And was told it went back in my file doctor and needs to release. She kept repeating the same thing. She couldn't explain what the company procedures were.

If I could rate by giving a minus I would, unfortunately rating requires a star. First up, I spent almost an hour waiting, I was attended to for under 10 minutes, I actually only went to have my toenails cut as I cannot bend my knees anymore. This misadventure cost me $2320.00. When I queried this exorbitant cost I was told that this is what we charge so deal with it. How is this company still going? Im shocked and saddened that places like this can do what they like and get away with it.

The place is over booked for sure , the workers are rude and do not provide good service whatsoever. Most of the workers seemed bothered by the fact that they had to help/deal with patients when each and every single patient deserves respect and good attention, especially since the services being provided are not free. The workers don’t even take the time to say hi or ask if you need anything ,much less say bye to you.
