This company deserves ZERO stars. I've asked to have overages addressed for the past few months w/ no resolve to date. Excuses only regarding a prior employee and missed emails... promises to follow through and follow up... all still remain unresolved.

After plumber told us the sewer was clogged on the City side, we called our service provider, Palmetto Utilities waste water services, and they arrived about an hour or less later. They rang our bell to let us know it was fixed and put the covers back on.

Really high rates for sewer and I have no idea why. My bill is $59 a month, which is about double what my actual water bill is.

I just received a $445 bill because the utility companies switched and messed up accounts! And all anyone can say is they performed an audit and everyone received 6 month bills if you basically moved in to your location after the merge and mess up. Of course the consumer is ultimately the blame because I didn't call about something I had no idea on. Even the property management company Sylvan Homes never mentioned anything about this service. They want $500 on the 29th and then almost $1300 two days later..They both dropped the ball but I'm responsible 🤦🏿‍♀️😩
