Def needs some renovations. Mobile homes look very run down! No outside lights so while area seems sketchy at night !! Roads and entrance aren't black topped which may be a personal preference but really ?? Office staff never seem to be present. Chickens running around in the back of the neighborhood. Children running around mostly naked with dirty flopping pampers ! Whew child .. this door dash getting outta hand...
