Had an appointment set for 4:00 p.m and supposedly was written on a calendar. I showed up at 4:00 and property mananger had left for an emergency. Totally understandable. Once I got there he assistant showed no interest in helping me. She ended up helping me only because I brought my proper documents and because I told her I came from 45 minutes away. Once we got in the office she was checking to see if I qualified. Apparently I overqualified by $20..... when I calculated everything myself it said I was below the mark which is 21k income. After I left she instantly left herself. If no one wanted to help me they could have said that and maybe given me a call to tell me not to show up... Apartments look nice from the outside. Just didn’t like the property managers assistant she was a little irritating...
