Great place to live. The staff go above and beyond to help you with your problems. They helped me set up auto-payments so I would not miss a single rent payment and introduced me to different places in Bakersfield. Every place has its bad and good places, but Watermark gated community made me feel safe. Thank you for reading this. Now go see for yourself.

I am a current resident, and I'm very happy in this community. I have great neighbors who are kind and respectful. The management responds to questions in a timely manner. The pool area is very inviting and I feel safe at all hours entering and leaving my apartment, which is a key factor. Update 2022: I moved out of this apartment complex in June. I am sad to report a steep decline in my experience with the Watermark apartments, particularly the management company, Royal T Management. Before you move into this apartment, please read up on California Tenant laws regarding your security deposit. I will review them separately. Please be aware.
