Dan Poole the manager is a crooked person. He took my aunt cash deposit and said the process will be quick and easy. He lied about inputting my aunts application and stopped answering my calls. Only thing I messed up on was giving him cash money with no paper trail. I hope carma gets him in the worse way. How can you do Seniors like that. If I can sue him I totally would. I will be researching how to get him reported because no one should be lied to or played. People are out here struggling trying to find housing and he is playing with people money and housing. This really makes me upset that he isn't doing his job.

I have family all throughout Los Angeles and can find out alot to be in my 20s The guy Terry who was maintenance was friends with Paul for a long time families knew eachother. Paul helped him get that job whoever Paul didn't like they would trying to get revenge on. Since Terry got put out and Paul's gone there trying to do things to make it bad for anyone who didn't get along with Paul starting up drama gossip retaliation even if its through other people to continue the mess .Like Terry said he knows that building from top to bottom . People shouldn't do sneaky things to peoples family and think they won't get found out especially illegal things . The new manager Dan cant see whats happened or doesnt wanna see who's the real problem. Looks like a discrimination going on .

Employees sleeping with tenants and starting problems for other tenants they dont like. Drugs coke and weed. These apartment managers need to wake up. My cousin got harrassed by a lady who had a house full and they did nothing because she was sleeping with the maintenance guy.
