This was our home for a few years and we grew our family here, so it is a special place to us. I would give it 4 stars, but not because it said online there is a workout place, but it’s never open. I have seen one of the managers come from working out there and she said it was closed. Hmm, ok? Also, the 1st year living there, our neighbors were constantly loud at 2-4am. The rent does go up, but I am sure rent is going up all over the country. Anyway, the grounds were always maintained and the maintenance men were always there to fix something if we needed it.

After just one year living there they try to raise the rent up by $140. I left and during the moving out process they were very rude and told me I was being difficult because I ask for a receipt for a key that cost me $35.

Unjustified high price, can hear gun shots at least several times a week, pool and common areas still not open, no website, no virtual tours to explore units, must pay with check or money order (it's 2021, how can we not pay online). Internet coverage is fast, though.

Excellent management staff, courteous & professional. Viewed unit and 24 hrs later received keys. Unit was very clean, fresh paint and carpet. Grounds are well kept by the maintenance team. A+ rental community!
