We've been patients at the Coventry practice for a few years and have been happy with our treatment. I was sick with Covid a few weeks ago and I called the on-call doctor since it was over the weekend and I was refused treatment, even though I have one of the health conditions listed on the CDC website. I wound up getting worse and had to go to the ER the next morning, where I was treated with dignity and was given Paxlovid. Now I have Covid again and Coventry is still saying "they don't feel comfortable giving me Paxlovid". I should not have to beg for treatment when I am sick and I have every right to have a doctor who is up to date with CDC guidance.

My family and I have been patients of this practice for almost 18 years. In the last 5 or so years this practice has really changed a lot and not for the best. Whenever you go you're lucky if you see the same doctor twice, most of them are residents they can't make a decision or give an opinion unless they check with the head doctor first. Recently I had a medical problem it took a week for a doctor to get back to me even though the kind receptionist put my request in each day, and then they could not even offer a solution. I have private insurance I don't have to put up with this type of incompetent treatment. I will be switching to another practice.

Why does nobody ever answer the phones? Literally have to drive there then I get there and I’m waiting so I call and no phones are ringing. Very frustrating the worse place.

My husband and I moved to Easton from North Jersey and wanted to establish a primary close to home. We are both enrolled in US Family Health. This insurance is for retired veterans. I will start by saying the front staff and the nurse were great! I actually use the Veterans Administration because I am a disabled veteran, so I have meds that are prescribed and will stay prescribed to me. I was going to use Coventry for anything outside the VA, (mammograms, women things, osteoarthritis) First issue was there was a resident, should not have been a resident due to insurance not accepting notes from any provider but the one listed on insurance. But I have to say the resident was very thorough. Second, Dr. Nandhini Veeraraghavan is the most belittling, dismissive, uncaring provider I have ever met. She treated me like I was pill seeking. I did not ask her for meds I asked her to help me with my arthritis. I wanted some help with the inflammation beside meloxicam. I don't even understand why she said she didn't like to prescribe opioids. where did that come from and why? When she said that to me, that was it. I will drive the hour and a half to Nutley to see my other provider and not get belittled or talked down too. Completely Unnecessary treatment from this provider.
