This place will ban you, and lie to keep you from getting health care. My wife is disabled and they have banned her after she was discriminated for being permanently disabled due to a brain injury. They even put a care manager in place to help her. But they still didn’t do their job. She was seeing several specialists and had her primary over seeing the coordination of all the treatments and surgery she needed to get done. She was banned after being told she wasn’t disabled enough for them to call in her prescriptions to Medicaid and CVS. That she should do it herself. She had been going to crystal run since 2010. Post covid it’s practically impossible to get appointments anywhere. She is looking to 2023 for any availability to any drs . She hasn’t been able to get any help or treatments since July. Her health is steadily declining and the only option now is going to the hospital. They only refer you out to see your drs. Which she can’t since she’s been banned for being discriminated. And even after posting this no comment or response to my negative review. Don’t even have the courtesy to send my the patient care email to discuss any of this.

The appointment for my physical was canceled the morning of the appointment. I was supposed to get a prescription for an important test at that time. They wouldn't give it to me because I DIDN'T HAVE A PHYSICAL YET. Hello, you canceled the appointment at the very last minute. When I called to straighten it out, no called me back. Had to cancel my test appointment even though it was important.

This place is a joke. It is not professional at all. The front desk full of homely looking women are beyond rude and don’t even know how to do their job. I can’t trust a place like this to look at my girl parts. Nope. I pay for professionalism and this is far from it.

I don't know I never used one. You can look it up on their website and they will list all the doctors in its speciaty. They have three pediatricians listed
I normally have radiology on Squdron Blvd. In New City. But Crystal Run is equipped with almost everything
