Avery (Averie?) was amazing!! They repaired our kids' inflatable waterside in just a few minutes with a quick hand-stich and they carried it out to the van for me. It was our first time here and everyone was helpful and friendly.

The equipment is good and the prices are nice as well but I cannot reserve anything in advance. I showed up early one morning to get some skis for a trip I had planned that day and they were totally out and I didn't have a way to know this. The other time I rented from them I got the whole ski package, except the helmet. For safety being so important while doing sports, this place does not stock the necessary equipment to fill the whole package I purchased, they weren't short just a single helmet but more like dozens from what I saw. If they fix these issues I would come back but until then, I wouldn't gamble on only maybe getting some of the equipment you require.

Been going here for years to rent ski equipment. My wife had a terrible experience returning our equipment. The place was empty but one of the employees wouldn’t help bring in 4 sets of skis, didn’t even offer to help. He then stated very abruptly that “the boots needed to all be buckled” before he could check them in. Did not offer to help but just waited for my wife to buckle them all. My wife mentioned something regarding the hours being incorrect on the phone message and the employee responded in a condescending manner. For a business that’s run by BYU, and thus the Church, the service was unacceptable and reflects poorly on both BYU and the Church. Looks like we’ll be trying out UVU’s rental store next time.

My first experience with them was great! I rented ski equipment to go to Sundance and the whole process was easy and customer service was great. I'll for sure be back!

Current Covid safety practices are; requiring customers and employees to wear a mask upon entry to the store, hand sanitizer at the entrance and various other locations around the store, limiting the total number of people allowed in the store at any one time, sanitizing all equipment as it is returned, social distancing within the store.
