Also the environment of this store is great - wide open, very clean, music playing in the background - not too loud or too soft. Made me happy to be there. Hard to imagine a shipping and paper store being any better than this!!

I went in twice today. They were prompt at attending to me both times. Very courteous overall and patient at my not understanding the machine. At one point it malfunctioned and the attendant (I wish I remembered her name) printed the document for free on her machine that worked. Helped make an errand I was dreading pretty much a cinch.

Went in to drop off a big package. Melanie was courteous and had a contagiously happy attitude. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I also love the Quick Stop parking in front of the store. Overall, very convenient and pleasant experience.
