The store was "VERY UNDER STAFFED". The store was also in need of a good cleaning and vacuuming .

Waited almost 20 mins and they were about to close. I wanted to buy 3 pairs of shoes and I left them there on a chair because no one attended me!!! They looked annoyed and mad because we were walking around shopping. Like if they didnt want us to shop or mess things up. So annoyed, dont go here if u want good customer service. Just a bunch of high school students who just want to go home. They dont even look happy.

I love this place. The shoes here are amazing and such a great price. Every time we come in here I find great deals and great people. The guy with the glasses is so super nice everytime we visit. The lady with the glasses knows her shoes, She was able to relieve some heel pain I was experiencing. I have seen some new faces in there also. The tall African American gentleman is amazing also. Like I said we come here all the time and I will always come here for the prices and the people.

I have bought shoes from this place a few times. They have a decent selection of fashion-sport shoes. But some of their shoes are really poor quality. I have bought for myself and my husband hiking shoes from here and they were comfortable at the store but they were not good for outdoor use. I thought it was because I had not worn them in but they are literally just bad shoes. We get blisters every time we wear them. Waste of $150 for both shoes. I also bought some high heels and those also blister my foot real good. Poor quality shoes are bad enough but today was my breaking point for ever shopping or supporting this store. My husband gave me several gift cards as a birthday gifts and I have been using the cards from time to time so I decided to use them today. It was just my luck that no one at the store knew how do transactions with gift cards. In fact they wanted to know exactly how much was on the gift cards because they couldn't check it themselves on their system. Heck, I hardly know what's the exact amount in my bank account. So anyways, this manager spends one whole hour talking to 3 different managers just trying to figure out how she can apply my credit to my payment. After she applied all 4 gift cards worth $10 each and she had scanned my credit card and wasted an hour of my time, she had the audacity to tell me I still owed $10. I took a good look at my receipt knowing this incompetent worker is not about to take another $10 out of me for no reason. Don't come here. Don't waste your time buying poor quality shoes from here. Don't EVER buy gift cards from here.

Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day. This is due to many factors such as time of order placement, holidays, delays in shipping, etc. If an order is placed after 12:30 p.m. ET on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (except for holidays), it will be processed on the next business day. If a holiday falls on a weekend, then the Friday before and the Monday after should be considered as a holiday for purposes of processing an order. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next business day. SHOE SHOW, INC. is not responsible for late orders due to schedules set by the delivery company. Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or holidays (and weekends should not be included in transit-time calculations). We do not ship shoes outside of the U.S. Gift cards will be shipped separately.
