Asked to speak with DON or DSD was told by staff member that there is an administrator. Asked to speak with administrator, staff member asked what it was about and rudely was told they are not interested and she hung up the phone. I was unable to actually speak with the administrator. My view is a staff member does not make the decision for a facility the administrator, director of nursing, or director of staff development does.

My mom was here for several years. They threatened that she would never get into another facility because she is in a wheelchair and violent. Despite any violence being due to medications they didn't fill or medical issues they took a long time to treat. They said any facility that called they would tell this to. Took complete advantage of her and my step dad as elderly people that had to pay cash. I had to get the state involved to remove her and they threatened not to transfer her meds to us to give to the new facility. Once the state person arrived they were handed over and we left.
