Hi Jeffrey. Thank you for the inquiry. We do have several client's that utilize the Mac platform within their business organization, yes. We are NOT, however, an authorized Apple repair shop, so any sort of hardware related issues have to be addressed either under a valid Apple support plan, or taken to an authorized Mac repair center for assessment. We do have the capability of supporting the day-to-day computing needs of Mac users in a business environment and should your organization wish to interview the LANPRO team for said environment, we would very much enjoy the opportunity in doing so. Hi Jennifer and thank you for the inquiry. Unfortunately there is no way for us to recover a lost Bitlocker key at this time. If you are not concerned with retaining any data on that device, then you may want to consider a factory reset of your laptop. Because the drive is encrypted, you will have to fully format the device, reinstall OS, etc. Here are a few steps you may wish to follow in factory resetting your machine: Turn on the laptop and immediately press the F11 key repeatedly until System Recovery starts. On the Choose an option screen, click "Troubleshoot." Click "Reset this PC." Click either "Keep my files" or "Remove everything" depending on which you prefer. Have a wonderful weekend.
