Just Google social security administration and look for SSA.gov the website will have to .gov. and I would definitely do your application by phone. My local office is still closed and doing it online never seems to work. Just keep trying and look up your local office. Sometimes you get better service that way.

I think you need to goigle it.. sign up for on line services and there is a place you can leave questions..They will get back to u..Thats what alot of the services are doing..not sure how right I am...

If you have a videophone, you have to call again. Once you get an appointment by a videophone, you have to wait until an appointment to be called through videophone. Cannot be in person at SS office in due to COVID-19 pandemic. You can try going to SS administration on Haley Street. Only open on Haley Street.

It's Better if You Go in Person. Because, I Believe If You Talk To Them in Person. You Get A More Accurate Answer , Face To Face. If You Call Them On Phone . It Can Take A Long Time. Or Your You Can Lose The Call. Than You Have To Call Them Again.

Take a trusted friend along so you have a less anxiety visit. They are there to help. Yes you can but you'll have the worst time trying to make an appointment over the phone. The waits normally always at least an hour
