I can't believe what a joke this place is. They literally hang up the phone on you after waiting in line for hours (this happened 10x over the course of several months). I eventually had to contact my congressman because they would not respond to letters or phone calls and was trying to kick my 9 year old autistic daughter off SSI. Thank you Senator McCarthy!! This place is a joke, I can't imagine how many elderly and disabled people have died or become homeless as a result of their negligence. If you can go anywhere else, DO IT.

I wouldn't waste your time calling ssa . You are on hold for 14 min. Something answers but doesn't say anything then by the time 15 min comes they hang up.

Yes there is inside. Currently the doors are locked until they let people in when they are at capacity inside but you can walk up to the door and let them know you are dropping off documents and bypass the line if there is one.
