I was a patient there for 6 weeks in the spring of 2019. All in all, it was clean and helpful. They really tried on the food (Better than most hospital food). If you don't like what is on the menu, they will make you a sandwich and etc for that day. Five stars for the day and evening staff. Four stars for the overnight staff who generally were helpful, but sometimes didn't seem to want to be bothered.

I can give you a reviw. My grandma is living there and the staff there is great because my grandma is lil bit of a handful. Outspoken and really straightforward lol.
It's called height street skilled care now ... Its a smaller facility than others like it in town, very clean. I'm actually a charge nurse there. I have worked at other facilities like this in town but this facility is my favorite so far.. staff is great CNAS to administrators it's a team effort.
