I stay at a lot of Marriott hotels across the country while traveling 75% of the time for business. My stay at the courtyard in Johnson City was far above my expectations. This hotel is well-maintained, has great atmosphere, is very clean and what really makes it shine is the people who work here. You can definitely tell you’re in Tennessee. We got particularly great service from the front desk as Misty out of her way to make sure we were happy.

We live locally and wanted to do something fun for my little girls last day of Fall Break. We booked two rooms with Misty. She was incredible over the phone, so friendly and accommodating! Madison at the front desk was happy, helpful and welcoming. Even the housekeeping staff was warm and welcoming. I overheard Madison handling a guest’s ‘complaint’ beautifully; she went above and beyond. Very impressed! Everyone is working on limited staff these days and this crew did outstanding! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. These gals even surprised us with adjoining rooms, for my friend and I. Great experience all around! I’ll be recommending this hotel for sure! Thank you for helping make our little stay-cation memorable!
